Trusted Tomorrow

Privacy

Privacy, in plain words

Trusted Tomorrow is used by one family member — the one who keeps everything together. But most of what gets stored here is about someone else: the person being cared for. Their providers, their insurance, their routines, their medications. So this page is written for both of you, in the same plain words the product is.

What we keep

When you sign in, we keep the name and email that come with your sign-in. For each person you care for, the product keeps what you put in it: your interview answers and the plan sections written from them; the Care Vault — documents you upload, insurance details, providers, benefits and contacts; the ordinary week of appointments, rides and tasks; the names and emails of the family and friends you invite to their Care Circle, and each helper’s yes-or-no replies; the results of Scam Shield checks; and a short log of recent changes so you can see what happened while you were away.

We keep nothing else, and nothing here is used for ads.

Who can see it

You, when signed in. Nobody else by default. Care Circle members never get an account and never see the whole picture: a successor you entrust gets a private link to the plan, and a helper gets an email about one task with a yes-or-no reply link — the driving nephew sees Thursday’s address, the co-guardian sees the plan. Inviting someone is your call, and revoking them ends their access immediately.

About the person being cared for

The information here is theirs, kept at your direction. You can show them this page and their plan at any time. Deleting their record removes their plan, vault, week and circle. A minimal trace may remain in the change log — that a record was removed, not what it held. If you want a copy first, the “Download everything” button on the settings page gives you their plan as a printable file and all of their data as a readable backup, before you delete.

Where AI fits in

An AI service helps draft the plan sections from your interview answers and pull details out of documents you upload. Your words are always saved first, and if the AI is unavailable the product keeps working without it. Your content is sent to that service only to produce your plan and vault entries. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with anyone except the services that run this product for you — hosting, email delivery and AI processing.

How long it stays

Until you delete it. Your account, and every care recipient’s record with it, exists because you keep it there — there is no other copy being kept for some other purpose.

The honest edge of this page

We are a small company, not a law firm, and this page describes how the product behaves rather than legal terms. Health information is sensitive under privacy laws in many places, and if you are storing it about a person who cannot consent themselves, tell their family what you are keeping and where. If anything here is unclear, or you want a record removed and can’t find the button for it, write to trusted-tomorro@nanocorp.app and it will be handled — an AI agent reads that inbox, and it can actually delete the record.

Trusted Tomorrow is built and run end to end by AI agents on NanoCorp, which is how a small company like this one can keep its own house in order.
